This looks like it is the graduating class of 1971. Randy Nichols is first chair clarinet and he graduated in 1971. I also think that's Betty Roe as first chair flute who was also in the graduating class of 1971. I could be wrong.

Tomorrow is the LAST day to purchase homecoming tickets. $10 for a single and $15 for a couple. Students must have contracts signed and obligations taken care of before purchasing tickets. Guests passes also must be signed if students are bringing someone from another school. No ticket sales next week. Email Mr. Burkhardt with any questions. ... See MoreSee Less

What's the best way for quarantined kids to buy tickets?

Last school year, in the midst of virtual and hybrid learning, JT Lizewski, a current junior, approached Mrs. Greer about starting a high school chapter of the BioMedical Engineering Society (BMES). The club was formed and met regularly throughout the year - often zooming with professionals in the biomedical engineering field. This Fall, the school received word that our chapter would receive a national award in Orlando as an “Up and Coming” Chapter. This weekend, JT (and his Mom) flew to Florida to the National BMES Convention to accept the award on behalf of St. Michaels High School.

St. Michaels High School is one of only a handful of high schools in the country with a BMES Chapter. This award could have been won by professional or collegiate chapters, so we are proud that our high school chapter was recognized for this honor.

Ms. Greer saw my daughter, who was home from college for a couple of days, at Target over the weekend. “She hasn’t taught me in a while but she remembered me and where I was going to school” We thought that was pretty special. Love our SMMHS teachers❤️
