Electronic reference forms are  available through the TCPS application portal and they are our prefered method for references. If a printed form is needed they are linked below.

Directions for Printed Forms: Please provide three (3) references by printing copies of our TCPS reference form, completing only the top section and asking the person you have selected to complete the form and return it directly to us at 12 Magnolia Street, Easton, MD 21601. You can NOT be considered for an interview or hired until we have received all three (3) TCPS Reference Forms.
