We are pleased to share our 2022-2023 Annual Report, which provides an overview of financial, demographic, and student data for Talbot County Public Schools for the fiscal year 2023. This report also includes a summary of our Strive for Strive for 2025 Strategic Plan Priorities for FY24, which will guide our work throughout the school year.
We are extremely proud of the outstanding achievements of the Class of 2023. They overcame unprecedented challenges imposed during the early part of their high school journey with enthusiasm and vigor. I know they will continue to excel in college, career, and beyond.

As I continue my second year as your Superintendent, I am grateful to the Board of Education for their support, encouragement, and leadership. The TCPS Team has set its sights high, launching new initiatives to enhance student success.

I look forward to continued growth in student outcomes and achievement as we see the results of our focus on the strategic priorities and continue “Transforming and Performing Each Day.”
