Dear TCPS Families,
We are performing a necessary upgrade of our cafeteria point of sale system. As part of the upgrade process, the vendor will need to temporarily shut down MySchoolBucks (MSB) beginning this Friday, January 24.
While MSB is down, families will not be able to add funds to or check balances in their students’ accounts. Students can bring in cash or checks (made payable to the school) during the outage to add funds to their accounts. If possible, we encourage parents to check balances and/or add funds to MSB before the evening of January 23rd. Students may continue to purchase meals which will be reflected in their account balances once MSB is back online.
We expect MSB will be available again by February 7. We appreciate your patience and we will notify families when the MSB platform is available.
