Job Openings: Computer Technician, Supervisor of Special Education, and More

Computer Technician

The technician should be familiar with all supported versions of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and/or iPadOS Technicians support student and staff devices consisting of laptops and tablets, will deploy and manage devices and applications with a Mobile Device Management system, and provide support for connected classroom and office technology. The job demands the ability to bend and lift 40 lbs. crouch, kneel, stand on an 8 ft ladder and walk in order to perform essential functions.

Supervisor of Special Education

To ensure that each student is provided with a rich educational experience. To provide leadership in maintaining a qualify program for students with disabilities.

Custodian

To provide students, parents, and teachers with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play, and obtain an education.

Mathematics Instructional Coach - Elementary

The Instructional Mathematics Coach implements comprehensive school-based professional development to support teachers, and conducts small group intervention sessions for students.

Digital Media Specialist

The Communications and Digital Media Coordinator plans, creates, and produces digital and print content that aligns with the district’s priorities and the Superintendent’s initiatives. The Coordinator supports family and community engagement through social media, communications platforms, and the website to create and maintain the digital presence of Talbot County Public Schools. They ensure that the TCPS website contains information that is relevant, timely and showcases the district, leadership, students, staff and the Board of Education. They prepare professional and appealing materials for district level presentations, publications, and events.

Infants and Toddlers Services Coordinator/Special Instructor

Coordinate services for families whose children have qualified for Infants and Toddlers Services, as well as provide special instruction.

Library Media Specialist

Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive library media program that empowers students to become critical thinkers, lifelong learners, and effective users of information and technology, ultimately enhancing their academic achievement and fostering a love for reading and inquiry.
