Fresh Fall Apple Salsa
RECIPE:
Ingredients
- 2 cups diced peeled tart apple
- ½ cup diced red or yellow bell pepper
- ⅓ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Salsa is fantastic with corn chips or served with grilled chicken or pork.
