Students must be enrolled in the required TCPS attendance zone school prior to applying if this is an initial request. Applications submitted after June 1st will not be accepted unless the student is new to TCPS or there is a bona fide emergency or event that could not have been foreseen prior to June 1st. Childcare information/verification must be complete if that is the reason for the request. Applications must be submitted and renewed yearly for continued attendance out of area. Continued approval is not guaranteed from year to year. A separate form must be filled out for each child.

The Application is open from April 1, 2024, to June 1, 2024. Notification letters will be sent by June 30, 2024.
