I’m recording this week’s update at St. Michaels Elementary School, where I had my second school staff round table this week.
It is truly inspiring to spend this important time in schools and hear the feedback and ideas shared by our fantastic team.

The Board of Education held its October meeting last evening here at TCEC, following the work session that took place on Monday. During the work session, Mrs. Anna Howie was sworn in as a new member of the Board of Education, filling the District 5 seat vacated by Susan Delean-Botkin. We welcome Mrs. Howie, a former TCPS Curriculum Supervisor, and current TCPS parent back to our team in this new role.
