Superintendent’s Update 10/19/23

The Board of Education held its October meeting last evening here at TCEC, following the work session that took place on Monday. During the work session, Mrs. Anna Howie was sworn in as a new member of the Board of Education, filling the District 5 seat vacated by Susan Delean-Botkin. We welcome Mrs. Howie, a former TCPS Curriculum Supervisor, and current TCPS parent back to our team in this new role.

Hello TCPS Families!I’m recording this update from Easton Elementary where there are lots of exciting things happening this week, including field trips to Pickering Creek and Horn Point, and a visit to Pre-K from the Easton Volunteer Fire Department.This Saturday, October 14th the annual Talbot County Community Resource Expo will be held here at EES from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is made possible by support from the Neighborhood Service Center along with Easton Utilities and Choptank Electric Cooperative.
